With a focus on enterprise venture, Brit works closely on talent strategy, planning, and execution with Norwest’s portfolio company founders and CEOs, investment partners, co-investors, and board members.

Before Norwest, Brit was at global executive search firm Egon Zehnder where she partnered with executive teams, CEOs, and Boards, ranging from VC & PE-backed start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations, on technology search work and leadership advisory projects. She advised clients on recruiting and assessing technical leadership talent and developing capabilities in product, cybersecurity, data and AI/ML.

Brit began her career at a boutique IT management consulting firm where she focused on building business operations in talent, culture, business development, and marketing.
Brit holds a bachelor of arts degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia, GO HOOS!
