David is a sales executive with a strong track record of success in building, leading, and scaling high-performance sales and go-to-market (GTM) teams. As part of the portfolio services team, he collaborates with Norwest’s early-stage enterprise companies to help define and execute their sales and GTM strategies.
Prior to joining Norwest, David spent over 12 years at Salesforce where he was a driving force behind the enterprise sales organization. Before Salesforce, David also was a sales leader in the early stages of several other notable technology companies, including ADP, Oracle, Netscape, and Ariba, and he was president and CRO at Yext, a digital experience platform. In addition to his operational roles, he has shared his expertise and insights with numerous startups as an advisor, board member, and investor.
David graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with an MBA in Finance. He also holds a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
