Julia comes to Norwest Venture Partners with a background in search at Robert Walters where she recruited executives across finance and operations. As VP of Talent, under the umbrella of Portfolio Services, Julia works closely with growth equity partners and portfolio companies.

In Julia’s prior role, she partnered closely with executive teams, founders, and CEOs to fill key searches at early and growth stage companies including Plaid, OpenAI, Chime, Flexport, TaskRabbit, Singular, Birdies, and Minted.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mandarin with summa cum laude distinction from Arizona State University.
