Scott is an investor, entrepreneur, and musician who believes that life is all about creating, building, and sharing experiences with those who matter most. Whether building successful companies, developing innovative products, or composing music, his passion lies in bringing people together to collaborate, learn, and create meaningful impact in the world.

As a Partner at Norwest, Scott invests early in highly-inspired founders building enterprise software, with a particular focus on agentic systems achieving next-level reasoning. His interests include CX, customer support, sales enablement, e-commerce infrastructure and marketing.

Before joining Norwest, Scott was fortunate to be part of one of the most exciting growth periods in B2B software history, as an executive at Salesforce from 2010 to 2017. During his tenure, he led the Service Cloud and Desk.com product organizations.

An entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded and built three startups prior to Salesforce, including a search engine in the 1990s and two B2B SaaS companies in the 2000s. His third venture, eMassive, was an e-commerce platform launched four years before Shopify, where he and his team developed the full enterprise stack in-house—from CRM to customer support and marketing automation.

As a musician, Scott has toured the world as a performer, composed original scores for directors like Oliver Stone, created music for Disney, and released records under major labels including Interscope, Epic/Sony, and Geffen. One of his proudest achievements was charting in the Billboard Top 10 with the single “All Here Now.”

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan’s School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He holds thirteen United States patents.
