Shirley brings more than 20 years of experience in private equity, venture capital and fund management to Norwest. As part of the portfolio services team, Shirley works on Norwest’s tax function both in the US and internationally.

Prior to joining Norwest, Shirley was Director of Tax for GI Partners. She previously worked at PwC advising private equity and venture capital clients on domestic and international tax issues.

Shirley is a CPA and has an undergraduate degree in accounting and a masters in tax from the University of Texas, Austin.
